I wasn't sure about the whole zoom experience at first, but Mike makes you feel like he's right there in the room with you and the enthusiasm and passion he brings to every workout is contagious. When you sign up for a class, you get so much more than a workout. He masterfully guides you through the warm up, sets and cool down with carefully selected exercises and tracks to keep you pumped and make you forget about time. Also, you can really tailor these sessions to your own fitness level and specific needs thanks to the modifications and advice he provides. As a runner, I especially like the roller exercises at the end, which have allowed me to recover much more effectively than before. Since I started working out with Mike, I feel both physically and mentally stronger and I have a new found appreciation for his holistic approach to fitness. He motivates you with his positive, fun energy and carefully planned out series which never include the same move twice. There is so much variety, you can’t get bored. I’ve also really appreciated his personalized approach in correcting my technique to have the properform despite being in a group setting.
